Greek roots, Mediterranean cooking
Our kitchen brings traditional Greek recipes together with a fresh approach to Mediterranean cooking. Local ingredients, careful preparation and considered presentation run through the menu, from the opening plates to dessert.
Begin with wrapped feta, honey and toasted sesame, or tuna tartare with ginger and Greek honey. A Mykonian salad brings together mixed greens, louza and soft sour cheese, while the classic Greek salad keeps tomato, cucumber, peppers, olives and feta at its centre.
Seafood is part of the experience. Shrimp pasta combines fresh tomato with lobster bisque; a seafood platter brings fish and shellfish to the table. The menu also includes grilled salmon with seasoned bulgur and lemon-oil sauce, shrimp risotto with saffron and vegetables, and fresh fish to discuss with the team.
For meat dishes, the Greek influence continues with kebab, grilled tomato, pita and a light yoghurt sauce, or chicken stuffed with Greek Gruyère and sun-dried tomatoes. Traditional oven dishes sit alongside these choices, and the meal can finish with loukoumades, chocolate soufflé or Greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts.
